I, the undersigned, do hereby grant to Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (PRTC ) Palmetto Telephone
Communications, LLC (PTC), located in Walterboro, Colleton County, South Carolina, and to its successors,
assignees, partners or contractors, the right to enter upon the lands of the undersigned at:
and to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain on or under the above described property and/or in, upon or
un-der all streets, roads, or highways abutting described land a telephone line or system, to cut and trim trees and
shrubbery that may interfere with or thereafter to endanger the operation and maintenance of said line or system
and to license, permit or otherwise agree to the joint use or occupancy of said line or system by any other person,
firm or corporation for telephone/broadband/communication purposes. The undersigned agree that all structures,
poles, wires, cable, conduit and other facilities, including all equipment, installed on the above described premises
at PRTC/PTC’s expense shall remain the property of PRTC/PTC removable at the option of PRTC/PTC. Customer
shall have no legal ownership or other rights in the PRTC/PTC network itself or in any proceeds from the disposition
of any or all portions of the PRTC/PTC network.
Nothing herein grants to Customer an exclusive right to use conduit in which the Customer fibers are located, as
PRTC/PTC maintains exclusive rights to use said conduit in its sole discretion. The undersigned covenant that he/
she is the owner of the above described lands.
If Customer terminates the Agreement prior to its expiration, PRTC reserves the right to assess an Early
Termination Fee in the amount of quoted times the total months to the end of the term agreed to above
